We offer flat rate shipping of R 99.00 for all orders within South Africa. Delivery times are estimated at 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service, customs, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and complete. We are not liable for any delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information.
7. Returns and Refunds
We comply with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA). You have the right to return goods within 30 days of delivery in accordance with the CPA, provided that the goods are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
